Rostelecom is Russia's largest integrated provider of digital services and solutions, founded in 1993. Total turnover in 2019 was 337 billion RUB.The number of internet service subscribers exceeds 13.2 million; Rostelecom pay TV has 10.5 million users. Market share was 24% in 2020.

General Satellite is a Russian manufacturer of digital TV set-top boxes. The equipment developed and manufactured by the holding company is used by Tricolor TV, Russia's largest digital television operator (with a subscriber base of 12 million households).
